Caskets Return/Exchange Policy
You have the option to cancel or exchange your order at no cost prior to confirming acceptance of the casket at the funeral home. In the unfortunate circumstance that a casket arrives damaged, we will facilitate an exchange or issue a full refund.
The following conditions apply:

The purchaser or an authorized representative should be present at the time of delivery for signing and inspection of the casket.

Once the casket has been signed for, indicating acceptance of its condition, and our delivery agent has departed the facility, any requests for returns or exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee and additional delivery charges.
Please note, we process orders with utmost diligence, aligned with the specific requirements and specifications of our customers. We request customers to place orders with due seriousness.

Please note we do not accept used products.

All our caskets are of standard size. The interior and exterior dimensions for each model are clearly listed online. We recommend cross-referencing these specifications with your cemetery's guidelines to ensure you select the appropriate size.
Urns Return Policy
Before delivery, you may cancel or exchange your order without any cost. If you are unsatisfied with your order after shipment, you are entitled to return the product within a 30-day period, for either an exchange or full refund at no additional charge.
Please consider the following:

The customer is responsible for returning the products to our offices to receive credit. The credit will be issued only after we have received and inspected the merchandise to ensure it remains in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

For returns or exchanges, we cover the cost. Please note this is valid for a 30-day period from the date of delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge and refund any return postage expenses. Please note that any damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

All urns and jewelry purchases can be returned, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This can be done within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Please note, after the 30-day period, all sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds.
